This Privacy Policy explains what information Daxton AI collects, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly, such as your email address when you create an account, and the content you create or upload while using Daxton AI. We also collect basic usage information needed to operate and improve the service. On our public marketing pages, we use KrystalView analytics to understand things like page visits, navigation, scroll behavior, browser errors, and conversion-path activity. KrystalView is configured to mask input-field values, and we do not run that marketing tracker inside the signed-in Daxton dashboard where customers work with private prompts and project content.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to provide and operate Daxton AI, process payments, communicate with you about your account, improve the product, understand how people use our public marketing pages, and identify usability or technical problems.

3. Your Content & AI Model Training

We do not use your prompts or the assets you create in Daxton AI to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in to that use. If we ever introduce an opt-in for model training, it will be a clear, separate choice you control.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Daxton AI does not receive or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account is canceled, we retain your data for up to 30 days afterward, unless you request earlier deletion, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. 6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments, Firebase to handle account sign-in, and KrystalView to measure and troubleshoot activity on Daxton's public marketing pages. These providers process information on our behalf, subject to their own privacy practices.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Daxton AI is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. See our Terms of Service for our age requirement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
