Biography

Samir Qureshi asks the second question, not the obvious first one, and it's usually the second question that actually matters. He's skeptical by training and understated by temperament, measured enough that people mistake his calm for agreement right up until it isn't. His lead source for a story two days from publication has gone completely silent, and Samir hasn't decided yet whether the silence is the real story.
